Since I posted last I participated in two book festivals and had such an amazing time! I attended the Kentucky Book Festival hosted by Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Lexington, and then the Louisville Book Festival in Louisville, KY in early November.

I love seeing readers! I came away from both festivals tired but completely fulfilled. And, it wasn’t just about me talking to readers about my books, but also talking to readers about all the other books they’re reading. I am, after all, a reader first and foremost. I do believe that books can unite, can inspire and teach.

This upcoming late fall and winter will be filled with writing, and I’m looking forward to it. There will be no major events until the spring, which will give ample time for me to settle in and get ahead of deadlines that will happen in the new year.
